Jacquelyn A. Shelton, COO, Office Management -
BA, California Baptist University, 1992, Medical Office Specialist, Bryman Schools, 1979, Ecommerce Specialist and web designer since July 1999.  Jackie is a credentialed secondary teacher who loves to instruct users in computer usage.  She runs the front office and is available for training as well as web publishing, maintenance and search engine positioning.  Her proficiencies are in graphic design and desktop publishing.  Currently, she is working on her CIW (Certified Internet Web Designer) & will be attending a certification class in Search Engine Optimization Professional (SEOP).

Rev. William Keenan, Officer at Large - BA, Jetson University, MDIV, Northern Baptist Seminary.  With a background in the banking industry, a master's degree in divinity and a pastorate at Wallace Burke Methodist Church, ALS is proud to introduce our newest board member, Rev. William Keenan.  His years of administrative and financial expertise is an invaluable asset to our company.  Pastor Bill, as he is fondly referred, has used his diverse talents to manage day-to-day activities and most recently has been assisting with computer services.

C. Dwain Allen, Programming Consultant - Computer Information Technology, California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, 2004.  University of Washington, Pullman 2006.
Dwain is our Linux project manager..  as well as programmer & web designer.  He has written programs for such companies as third party medical insurance intermediaries.  Server project management and securities is his specialty.  He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).  Additionally, he is certified in SAP.
